Seragina

Finally! Sorry for not uploading things lately. I was so behind work that it wasn't funny. Anyway, I'd like to introduce you to yet another OC. The Country of Seragina

Her human name is Sára héderváry, Hungary's little sister. Her age is somewhere between Italy's and America's (sorry, I don't really know their actual ages). She use to be from Europe but she moved in the Americas in 1745, during the Austrian Succession. Reason being is Prussia threatened Hungary that, once he wins the war, he will attack Seragina head-on, so Hungary had no choice but to outcast her out. Fortunately Andy found her and the two nations agreed that it was best that Andy raises Seragina in her stead. Since then Seragina hated herself for being weak, so after learning Andy's history she asked her to teach her how to fight and help her regain her home. But by the time WW2 ended she chose to stay with her instead. Seragina is slightly opposite to Hungary and Andy; She's more gentle and girly, but she does kick ass, so don't mistake her for weak. She only thought in a few wars like:

1.American Revolution
2.Various American/Canadian wars
3.Opium wars
4.WW2

So she isn't as hard core as Andy and Hungary. Seragina is an absolute sweetheart! She is sweet, kind, caring, gentle, open-minded, sensitive, quiet, slightly-girly, and strong willed. Even though her country is pretty small (she's pretty much the border between America and Canada), it's pretty hard to notice her (which is pretty funny because she's a lot like Canada). It's very hard to hate her, but it is easy to be jealous of her. She looks up to her big sisters and wants to be as strong as them. Plus she loves to travel the world and make new friends.

About country: Seragina is a country that is the border between America and Canada. They're famous for their art and beautiful scenery. The people are practically one of the nicest beings you'll ever meet, but they can be hard to talk to since they're shy. Known for it's attractions, great hospitality, beautiful gardens and history.
